Why We Built TrustHelm

TrustHelm was born from firsthand experience with what happens when a trust isn't properly maintained.

A member of our founding team watched their family go through a multi-year probate process after a loved one passed with an outdated trust. Beneficiary designations had changed over the years but weren't fully documented. Asset records were incomplete. In the end, the family lost real assets — including property held by a foreign bank — simply because the paperwork wasn't current.

It was years of legal fees, family stress, and preventable loss. And the hardest part was knowing it didn't have to happen.
